Standards of Conduct
Bud's excited when Sturgis tells him Harm needs a lawyer (after a car accident).	When Bud approaches Harm, he's disappointed that the Cmdr. doesn't ask him for help.	Later, Bud asks Harm if they can talk. He wants to know why Harm didn't ask him to help.
Harm explains he underestimated Bud's recovery and asks him to help.	Always one step ahead, Bud says he's already done some checking and it seems...	...that there is some sort of scam going on. Harm is intrigued.
Bud and Harm confront the "shady" lawyer and his client.	Bud presents his findings...	...gets Harm off the hook...
	And tells "shady" lawyer that he should consider finding his own lawyer!
